Who doesn't love instant noodles? Whether it's Lucky Me Pancit Canton, Chicken Mami, La Paz Batchoy or even Sapporo Ichiban Original Ramen, we all get a certain satisfaction from having a delicious meal within 10 minutes. It gets even more fun when we start tinkering with the packets and working on our own spins to upgrade our instant noodle game. Sometimes we'll add veggies and meat, fried garlic chips, or maybe a little bit of soy sauce or Crunchy Garlic with Chili Oil. Instant Noodles give us a great blank canvas that we can flex our creativity with.
Kusî Sisig Seasoning gives us a new option by providing a sauce base that tastes and feels premium but is just as simple as the standard seasoning packs to put together. We hope the next time you open a pack of instant noodles that you will try this recipe because it is damn delicious.
8 heaping spoons of Kusî Sisig Seasoning
1tbsp neutral oil
1/2lb of your favorite noodles. (We Used Lucky Me Pancit Canton Regular but any noodle works!)
Cook Noodles according to package directions.
In a bowl, mix Kusî Sisig Seasoning with soy sauce and oil to form a paste.
Drain Noodles, mix well with prepared sauce and finish with your choice of toppings!
