2 Cups Milk of your choice (Dairy or Non-Dairy)
2 Tablespoons Pika Pika Coconut Spread
4 Cups Crushed Ice
1 Cup Whipped Cream
1 Tablespoon Kokak Chocolates Chocolate-Covered Cacao Nibs
Place the Kokak Chocolates Manabi Liquid Gold Hot Chocolate Mix, Pika Pika Coconut Spread and milk into a small saucepan.
Turn the heat to low and slowly melt the chocolate in the milk.
Whisk lightly until smooth. Once the chocolate is melted, pour into a shallow bowl and leave to cool to room temperature.
Once the chocolate mixture is cool, pour into a blender along with the ice. Blend for 2-3 minutes until the ice is finely crushed.
Pour into 8 oz. serving glasses and top with whipped cream and Kokak Chocolates Chocolate-Covered Cacao Nibs.
