Crispy Fried Enoki Mushroom

1 Bunch of Enoki Mushrooms cleaned and flattened
1 Pinch of Kusi Sisig Seasoning
Serve with rice and our simple Knorr sasawan
1 tbsp cooking oil
Heat oil in pan on medium-high heat
Place flattened enoki mushrooms on pan
Place pot or pan on top of enoki mushrooms to flatten a little more. Flip when browned
Add pinch of Kusi Sisig Seasoning to mushrooms and continue until mushrooms are at your crispy preference
Serve with rice and Knorr Liquid Seasoning sasawan
