Pancit Palabok by Hobe is a cornstarch-based noodle that can be used for any of your favorite Palabok recipes.  Preparation is easy, soak for 10 minutes in water, boil for 10-15 minutes, and leave in hot water (remembering to stir and loosen noodles) for another 15-30 minutes.
