Anyone tried TikTok's viral salmon rice yet?  Here's our take on Emily Mariko's salmon rice bowl.  

Ingredients:  Cooked Salmon (or canned tuna), Cooked Rice, Kewpie, Sriracha, Soy Sauce, Omsom Yuzu Misoyaki (to season your salmon before cooking), Seaweed. 

Instructions:  1.  Flake cooked salmon (or canned tuna) on your plate, 2.  Top with cooked rice, 3.  Season the rice (to taste - don't bother with measurements) with soy sauce, kewpie mayonnaise, sriracha, and furikake, 4.  Mix the salmon and rice, 5.  Grab a seaweed and place a spoonful of mixed salmon rice on the seaweed.  Enjoy!
