WHAT IS UBE POWDER?
Ube powder is dried purple yams (ube) that are grinded into powder form. When fresh ube, a sweet yam that has a slightly nutty, vanilla taste, originally from the Philippines, is not readily available, ube powder is used to make sweet desserts, such as ice cream, cakes, pastries, and jams.
