Customer Service Update
Dear Sarap Now Customers,
Thank you for your continued support! We have seen rapid growth within the past couple months, and we must admit, the transition has not been as smooth as we would like. Our goal is to be transparent with all of you, so here's an update on customer service and current shipping times.
Although most of you are happy and receive your order in 2 to 4 business days from the time you ordered, there are still those of you that are waiting longer (much longer 😧) than that time frame. When we first started SarapNow.com, one of our main goals has to always been... get the products in your hands as fast as possible! However, due to the growth, and being under staffed, order processing times (before shipping) has increased to 3 to 5 business days. We understand how frustrating this long wait can be, and we apologize for this delay.
Rest assured, we are working diligently and continuously finding ways to streamline processes, to reduce our shipping time back to same day or next day, while still providing excellent quality and service. This is a short term goal, which we are looking to accomplish in the next few weeks.
We are also working on availability. Because many of the products are imported, availability of certain products will vary. If you are waiting for a specific item, we recommend you sign up for an email alert that will send you a message once that goodie is back in stock.
