Dear Sarap Now Customers,

As the global impact of COVID-19 continues to evolve, we at SarapNow.com are committed to the health and safety of our employees, families, and community.  And as the situation and public health guidance changes, we will modify our operations and comply.  

Currently, SarapNow.com remains open, and our warehouse team remain dedicated in providing you the best shopping experience for your Filipino goodies:

Inventory - Good news, we are not seeing a shortage in supplies and will continue to receive shipments over the coming weeks.  Starting with Wednesday's (March 18th) delivery, item availability will be updated once the goods reach our warehouse.  Please be sure to sign up for back in stock email notifications.

Order Limits - At this time, however, item limits will be imposed on some products to ensure that groceries and snacks can be delivered to the greatest amount of people possible.
Delivery Delays - Our warehouse team is working tirelessly to get all of your packages out as fast as possible.  But with the recent surge in orders, we are experiencing delays in shipment.  We appreciate your understanding.

    I am always happy and impressed with the way my orders are handled by Sarap Now.

    Unfortunately, on my last purchased on March 15, 2020, one of my order was missing and contacted this company about it- and so far, there’s no response.

    I’ve ordered quite a few times already and this is the first time it happened of not getting all my orders. The other way to prove that my order was not sent is for Sarap Now to check their inventories and match this item with the ones that was sold and how many are remaining in their stock. I used to have a business myself and this is best way to do it.

    Hopefully, my concern will be looked over immediately and Sarap Now will be kind enough to response.
